Soldier Voices

GIs have the legal right to:
- Say what you think and feel about the military, and participate in peaceful demonstrations, when you’re off duty, out of uniform, off base, and in the United States. (DoD Directive 1325.6) Source: GI Rights
Welcome to Soldier Voices!
This site originated as a forum for soldiers to speak their minds on the war and share their Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder experiences, but has become a forum for servicemembers (from all branches) and civilans alike to debate the Iraq war. There are current and former Soldiers, Marines, Airmen, Sailors, Iraq vets, Vietnam vets, dependants and civilians (American and foreign). The American people have a right to know what is being done overseas in their name and nobody knows what is going on better than the American servicemember.
Log in and say whatever you want whether it’s pro-war, against the war or just something you feel like sharing your opinions on. It’s anonymous and all that’s required is a working email address. SoldierVoices is not an organization. This is an entirely soldier operated and word-of-mouth endeavor.
Servicemembers, it’s your right as an American. You’re the ones fighting for it, use it!

Former submarine sailor, now a peace warrior. I am 28 years old and currently seeking a Physics and Mechanical Engineering B.S. I am currently enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I serve as the Secretary for IVAW-Madison and am the WI coordinator for IVAW. ...

What a brilliant initiative ! All power to your elbow as they say our side of the pond.
Nice to see you still toeing the line. Your CSS is bad ass. I am going back to school next year for either Mechanical or Application Engineering. Get your boogie on.
