Cheney, Lieberman and the Iran War Conspiracy
Huffington Post correspondent Gareth Porter adds his name to the growing list of journalists voicing concern over a new twist in the long talked about plans for a U.S. invasion of Iran.
The new plan, based out of Vice President Cheney’s office, involves targeted U.S. air strikes on training camps within Iran, under the pretext that the camps are being used to train “anti-U.S. Shiite militiamen” for export to Iraq. These strikes would be used to provoke a response from Iran – which would subsequently be used to justify a full-scale attack.

I was never one of those who believed the Bush administration was getting ready to attack Iran in 2006 or early 2007. But it is now clear that at least Vice President Dick Cheney is conspiring to push through a specific plan for war with Iran. And Senator Joe Lieberman is an active part of that conspiracy.

A jaded Raskolnikov waiting in disgust for this sick society's imminent paradigm shift.

The drums will bang, the sabers will rattle, but alas there will be no fruition when the noise dies down.
“Alas”?
Fucking stupid? You would lose 60-70% of the population under 35 years old who can’t stand living in a theocracy—forever. Even a heartless schmuck like Cheney has to know this.
“Lieberman is not the kind of guy who goes off on his own to make a proposal like this,” says the observer. “He’s very disciplined. He’s a foot soldier, an integral part of the neoconservative movement.”
In other words, he is an Israeli shill at work in the US government, and his loyalty resides within that particular foreign country. He SHOULD go and work there, but probably won’t.
